Information We Collect

When you create an account, submit a hire request, or message us through the site, we collect your name, email address, and whatever project details or messages you send us. If you sign up as a client or developer, we store a securely hashed version of your password — we never store or have access to your password in plain text.

How We Use It

We use your information to communicate with you about your project, respond to messages, send transactional emails (like new-message notifications or password resets), and provide the service you’ve asked for. We don’t use your information for advertising, and we don’t sell your data to anyone.

Third-Party Services

We rely on a small number of trusted providers to run this site: Vercel for hosting, Neon for our database, and Resend for sending emails. These providers process data on our behalf and have their own privacy and security practices.

Cookies

See our Cookie Notice for details on the essential cookies this site uses.

Data Retention & Deletion

We keep your account and project information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. If you’d like your account and associated data deleted, message us through the site and we’ll take care of it.

Children’s Privacy

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the site changes. We’ll update the date at the top of this page when we do.
