Devs2Go Store Purchase Agreement
This agreement governs purchases made through the Devs2Go store, including custom plugin services, configuration services, bot hosting plans, and downloadable products.

1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing the store or purchasing any service or digital product, you agree to this Store Purchase Agreement and the Devs2Go Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Devs2Go services. If required by your local law, you are responsible for obtaining parent/guardian permission before making purchases.
3. Products and Services
The store may include custom plugin creation, plugin configuration services, Discord bot hosting plans, and free or paid downloadable files. Scope and deliverables for custom services are based on the package purchased and any written clarifications provided by Devs2Go.
4. Seller Commitments (Buyer Protection)
Devs2Go agrees to deliver purchased work in good faith and not intentionally scam, deceive, or misrepresent what is included in a package.
For custom deliverables, Devs2Go agrees not to intentionally include hidden backdoors, malware, credential-stealing logic, or unauthorized remote-control mechanisms.
If a security concern is reported with reasonable evidence, Devs2Go will review it and, when confirmed, provide a fix or remediation guidance within a reasonable time.
5. Buyer Commitments (Seller Protection)
Buyers must provide clear requirements, truthful information, and timely responses needed to complete the purchased work.
Buyers may not falsely claim non-delivery, abuse payment disputes, or redistribute paid custom work in violation of written license terms.
6. Payment Processing
Payments are processed by Stripe via hosted checkout buttons. Devs2Go does not store full payment card data. By purchasing, you also agree to applicable Stripe terms and policies.
7. Pricing and Availability
Pricing, package names, availability, and feature scope may change at any time. Promotions or discounts are optional and may be removed without notice.
8. Refund Policy
All sales are final unless otherwise required by law or explicitly stated in writing by Devs2Go. For custom service work that has already started, refunds are generally not available.
If purchased work is not delivered at all, or is materially different from the confirmed scope, buyers may contact Devs2Go for remediation, partial refund, or cancellation review.
9. Delivery Timelines
Delivery estimates are targets, not guarantees. Timelines may vary based on scope complexity, communication delays, revisions, and queue volume.
10. Revisions and Support
Minor fixes may be provided after delivery at Devs2Go’s discretion. Major scope changes, additional features, or post-delivery expansions may require a new purchase.
11. Acceptable Use
You may not use Devs2Go products/services for unlawful activity, abuse, malware distribution, harassment, or copyright infringement.
12. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you believe there is a billing issue, contact Devs2Go first so we can resolve it. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in suspension of service, cancellation of deliverables, or refusal of future service.
13. Limitation of Liability
Services are provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted operation or specific performance outcomes. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Devs2Go is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
14. Changes to this Agreement
Devs2Go may update this Store Purchase Agreement at any time by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the store after updates means you accept the revised agreement.
